Goal

The goal of Training & Placement Department is to provide employment opportunities and quality training to the students of SDCE. According to me, any institute stands with the support of four pillars viz. Management, Teaching, Admissions & Infrastructure, but since a decade Training & Placement Department became a central pillar for any Institution.

It has been observed that there exists a huge gap between the qualifications and the requirement of the industry. To bridge this huge gap we have started soft skills training sessions & aptitude sessions to groom & encourage the all-round development of the students. We conduct workshops & technical sessions by industry professionals, also organize Industrial Training, Industrial Visit, Live Project, Tech Fest, Competitions & many other events which make them technically sound & employable.

We firmly believe that with a little fine tuning any person though stamped as an average can be transformed into a confident, result oriented and most importantly a positive productive person. Today corporate is demanding industry ready students & SDCE are fulfilling the industry requirements with the help of our strong T & P Team.
